Dear Love Lovers!
This is the special edition version of Love Love #6, illustrated by editor Lisa Marie Järlborn & screen-printed by her in the Paris atelier. Water-based ink on thick 160 gram matte paper. The inside of the magazine is just the same as the factory printed version. There are only 100 copies made, all signed and numbered.
On January 21th 2023 we were proud to release the 6th issue of Love Love magazine – The Reflective Foto issue.
This issue centres around the perception of self and of others through images, film and photography, exploring the mirror image and the created self through the lens of all art forms: Poetry, prose, collage, illustration, photography, cartoons, interviews, articles and much more.
Love Love #6 was released with a bang at the agnès b gallery bookstore at La Fab in Paris on January 21st 2023. This was a launch evening to present the latest issue & a small exhibition of its contents.
During the evening the magazine’s newest Love Lover & featured artist Bibbe Hansen (NY) performed.
Bibbe Hansen was a Warhol superstar and actress, her father Al Hansen created and was part of the art movement Fluxus (which Yoko Ono was part of), whose art Bibbe continues to perform. Bibbe is a writer, a poet, a visual artist and musician. Her first band was The Whippets with Jan Kerouac (daughter of Jack). She is the mother of visual artist Channing Hansen & musical artist Beck Hansen.
Also on stage was Love Lovers Gabi Garbutt & Paul Shine. Two shining musical, poetical stars from Albion who delivered musical poetry & made the whole audience stand up and just boogie.
